Frequently asked questions

1. What areas do you cover?

We're based at Netherton, Dudley and cover the whole West Midlands, including Dudley DY1–DY9, Sedgley, Tipton, Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Wolverhampton and Birmingham. If your property is in the region, get in touch – we'll travel for the right job.

2. Do you clean commercial or domestic properties?

Both. We specialise in commercial window cleaning up to 80ft using water-fed poles, plus gutter, roof, cladding and solar panel work for businesses, landlords and property managers – as well as full exterior cleaning for private homes.

3. Are you insured and do you provide written quotes?

Yes. We carry a minimum £5,000,000 public liability policy, provide detailed written quotations and site-specific RAMS as standard, and our uniformed operatives bring over 25 years of experience in the property management sector.

4. How do you clean gutters safely?

We use long-reach, carbon-fibre pole vacuum systems from the ground – so we don't risk walking on your roof. We clear leaves, moss and debris, then check and flush the downpipes. We also offer emergency gutter repair when blockages or damage have already caused problems.

5. How often should gutters be cleaned?

At least once a year, and ideally twice if you have overhanging trees or a history of blockages. We can arrange planned maintenance visits so you'll never be caught out again.

6. Can you clean solar panels and stop birds nesting underneath them?

Yes. We restore panel performance with a safe, soft-bristle water-fed clean, and we also install professional bird-proofing mesh around solar arrays to stop pigeons nesting and fouling beneath them.

7. Does roof cleaning damage my tiles?

No. We use a gentle, controlled process to remove moss, algae and lichen without the high-pressure blasting that can crack or dislodge tiles. We can also treat the roof to slow regrowth afterwards.

8. How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

We offer a 24-hour callout service for gutter, roof and water-damage emergencies. Call 01384 465810 or WhatsApp 07707 348233 and we'll assess the problem fast.
